  Ordered delivery to our hotel room. Toppings were ample (supreme pizza) and it arrived hot within 20 minutes of ordering. Of course, our hotel was only a block away so it would have been very disappointing if we had received it lukewarm.)
  
  It was a bit pricey, but considering it was New York and quality / taste was way better than that crap from Dominoes or Pizza Hut...and nothing else local was open at 10:30pm on a Monday night, it hit the spot.
  
  Only 4 stars because they did everything well. It would take something extraordinary to push a fast food pizza chain into 5-star territory.

  I'm with another reviewer below, to quote her:
  THE WORST PAPA JOHNS EVER. THE "OWNER" IS A MEAN, NASTY, inconsiderate individual.
  
  They should close down this location, it's a bad look for the company and they should be ashamed for not monitoring their franchise owners more closely.

  " You get what you work for and you work hard to get better. Not for the people but for the self satisfaction" . I just had a convo with a worker and this dude blew my fricken mind away with his intelligence!! My new friend better be working when I get there cause thats my mans now !!

  The manager is mean, but I don't expect him to be super happy as a manager of a Papa Johns. As far as the pizza is concerned, it's commercial, frozen pizza. It's pretty good for the late night hours. The prices are outrageous, but lately, everything is overpriced. Rent is crazy in this neighborhood. So, it's Papa Johns at 11:20 on Thanksgiving. I don't want leftovers. I'm good. It is what it is, the manager can be a little bit nicer. That's it.

  THE WORST PAPA JOHNS EVER. THE "OWNER" IS A MEAN, NASTY, inconsiderate individual.
  
  This is hands down the WORST papa johns experience I've ever had in my life. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It was a late Sunday night and I was hungry after a long shift in the hospital! As a long time customer of papa johns they have always done everything right at most of the locations I ordered from.
  
  When it comes to papa johns pizza I prefer it without sauce...I placed my order for a large pizza and called the store to see if they would be able to put sauce on only half the pizza and leave the other half without sauce(considering my friend loves sauce and I wasn't eating the pie alone), a simple request. He began to yell at me, "I CANT DO THAT...I CANT DO THAT... I CANCEL ORDER, I CANCEL ORDER NOW" I asked if he could recommend an alternative since he couldn't do it... he ignored my question. I began to ask if this means I will get my refund because I paid online he continued to say " I CANCEL ORDER I CANCEL NOW." I then asked to see if there was a way I can speak to a supervisor or someone else. HE BECAME RUDE AND SAID "IM THE OWNER , IM THE SUPERVISOR, WHO DO YOU WANT TO TALK TO THE DELIVERY GUY?? HES NOT MAKING YOUR PIZZA I AM" I continued to ask if I'll be refunded and that's the point he hung up on me.
  
  I UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES YOU CANT SATISFY CUSTOMERS REQUESTS, but you don't have to be rude and hang up on customers or treat them disrespectfully.
  
  I WILL NEVER, EVER ORDER FROM THIS PAPA JOHNS AGAIN. EVER.! I called dominos that night and they were so kind, this papa johns is legitimately garbage.
